Everyone has a story worth telling
The fact is, people do judge a book by it’s cover
Cover design is a critical part of getting someone to pick up your book in the shop, or stop scrolling online to check it it out.
There’s a lot of misconceptions out there about cover design. People like to talk about rules for what you must do to draw attention.
The reality is that each book is differently and requires its own unique treatment… the cover should be as unique as the story within.
But that doesn’t mean that it should be massive and expensive exercise to attain the right result.
At Rack and Rune, we have the experience in a broad range of visual creative skill sets that can bring your book’s cover to life quickly and affordably, using a combination of techniques, assets and software including photography, illustration, typography, stock photography, AI image generation, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Have a look at some of our cover stories below or check out our gallery of book covers for a glimpse of the broad range of our cover design skills.
